Location: Stonington Opera House
Join us for our annual Gala, an evening to benefit Opera House Arts. The Gala returns in-person to the historic Stonington Opera House for the first time since 2019. The night includes cabaret-style performances, heavy passed hors d-oeuvres, drinks, a live auction, and more. This year’s performers include Tony Award nominee, Elizabeth Stanley.
Proceeds from the Gala help keep our lights burning bright all year long and our historic theater a vibrant part of Deer Isle’s unique cultural landscape.
Elizabeth has originated a number of main and featured roles in Broadway musicals, including Allison in Cry-Baby and Dyanne in Million Dollar Quartet. In 2020, she was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her portrayal of Mary Jane Healy in Jagged Little Pill.
Past Highlights
All patrons will need to be fully vaccinated with an FDA authorized vaccine in order to attend an indoor performance and must show proof of vaccination at their time of entry into Opera House Arts’ facilities.
