Refund & Exchange Policy
Opera House Arts and Easy-Ware Corporation provides this Refund & Exchange Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding refunds for purchases made through our online ticketing services, including our website located at easy-ware-ticketing.com and any of its sub-domains, and any other services offered by Easy-Ware Corporation. This Refund & Exchange Policy applies only to purchases that you make through the easy-ware-ticketing.com website, sub-domains, and in-house sales.
Our general policy is that all sales are final and not to issue refunds and exchanges for purchase. Ticket purchasers are encouraged to carefully review the details of their order before proceeding with their purchase. Despite this policy, we may elect to, but do not hereby obligate ourselves to, offer you an opportunity to receive a full or partial refund for your purchase, depending upon your individual circumstances.
All events that are canceled for any reason will afford the ticket purchasers the opportunity to:
- Donate your tickets as a tax-deductible donation to benefit future performances at Opera House Arts.
- Exchange your tickets for another performance based on availability.
- Receive a refund of the ticket price, minus online ticketing fees, to the credit card provided at the time of purchase.
Opera House Arts will attempt to contact all ticket holders, if they have provided their telephone number or email address, whenever a ticketed event/performance has been canceled to arrange for a donation, refund, or exchange. You may also call the Opera House Arts Box Office at 207-367-2788 at any time and request a donation, refund or exchange. All requests for refunds must be made within ten days of the date of the canceled event.
If you believe you qualify for a refund or exchange, please contact the Opera House Arts via email at email@example.com, or via telephone at 207-367-2788, or visit the office at 1 School Street, Stonington, Maine 04681. Office hours are Tuesday – Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Patrons who are not feeling well, are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms, or have had or been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 14 days, should not come to the Stonington Opera House. If you cannot attend a performance, you are encouraged to contact us to discuss flexible exchange and refund options.
